D-Link Technical support uses TeamViewer software to help you solve the problems with your product. This software does not require installation. Please download and open the TeamViewer QuickSupport program using one of the links below.

The QuickSupport program will generate a username and password required for remote support. You will be able to see all the actions the support engineer is performing on your computer.

Once finished you can simply close the TeamViewer QuickSupport program on your computer. The remote access to your computer will be closed and the remote access password will expire. Since this QuickSupport program does not require an install, there is no need to uninstall the program from your computer.
